Best & Worst of Tom Ford Soleil Collection (Summer 2019)

Tom Ford Soleil Collection is new for summer, though long-time Tom Ford buyers will likely see a familiar theme woven through the color story–Soleil doesn’t change up much.  This year’s collection seemed more on the gimmicky side with the Lip Gelees, which were awful in pretty much every way, and the 24K Lip Blush, which I didn’t review but featured flecks of 24K gold suspended in a clear base
